The Guidelines for Bank Remittance Failures for RTF and MTF amounts

  • The students ,colleges, hostels who received the status of payment as “sent to bank” and as “success” or “failure” and money is not credited to their individual bank account, then the  following has to be checked. Then the following steps have to be taken.
  1. To check whether the bank account and IFSC code shown are correct. If they are wrong contact the district social welfare officer in case of College account or concerned district welfare officer in case of students, hostel bank accounts. They have take with them the proof of bank pass book for further process.
  2. If bank details shown are correct, then check with the bank whether the account is active or closed. If closed, get it activated and obtain a letter from the bank that no amount is credited to the account from ePASS. After activation contact District Treasury Officer (DTO) and obtain a request letter token wise in prescribed proforma from DTO. With both these letters approach Office of Treasuries and Accounts Department at Abids,InsuranceBuilding,Hyderabad. Contact person name is Anuraj Nair. In case of students they can approach the concerned District Welfare Officer with bank letter and DTO letter. District Welfare Officer will facilitate with Office of Treasury.
  3. If bank account is in active state, then obtain a letter from the bank that no amount is credited to the account from ePASS and also obtain a request letter token wise in the prescribed proforma from DTO and approach the Office of Treasuries and Accounts Department at Abids,InsuranceBuilding,Hyderabad. Contact person name is Anuraj Nair. In case of students they can approach the concerned District Welfare Officer with bank letter and DTO letter.  In case of students approach the concerned district welfare officer with the two letters for further process.
  4.   In case of the bank account details shown are incorrect, contact the concerned district welfare officer with proof of bank pass book with a request to change bank account details for making bank corrections in ePASS. District Welfare Officer will send the information to PMU for forwarding to Treasury.
  5. In case of students with SBI eZ card numbers should check for the correctness of card number, reference number and also check for the status in SBI prepaid site with the user id and web pin (8 characters) provided to them or on the link provided on the home page (or on the url https://treasury.ap.gov.in/aptry/index2.php?service=accdetails) by entering the eZ card number alone.
  6.  If the SBI eZ card details shown are wrong then contact the concerned district welfare officer for further process.

Students Eligible :
  • Students who belong to the categories of SC (including BC-C), ST, BC, EBC and DW (Disabled) having annual parental income of Rupees One Lakh or below.
  • Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter.
Students not Eligible :
  • Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC, EBC and DW(Disabled).
  • Whose parental income is more than Rupees One lakh.
  • All Students pursuing the part time courses, online courses.
  • Students admitted under Sponsored seats, Management Quota seats.
  • Students drawing the stipend more than the scholarship amount in aggregate per annum.
  • Students of BC, EBC and DW students studying the Courses offered by open universities, distant mode, category B seats in MBBS, BDS.
  • EBC students studying Intermediate or equivalent courses

Answer:   The applicants are eligible for RTF (Reimbursement of Tution Fee, Special Fee, Other Fee and Exam Fee) as prescribed by the University/Board for the course he is studying or as prescribed by the departments which paid to the college where the applicant is studying .
Question2: Who are Eligible For MTF?
Answer:   The applicants are eligible for the Maintenance Charges (MTF) or mess charges as per the rates eligible which will be paid to the student/hostel .
Question3: How Colleges Can get Forget Userid,Password?
Answer:   All Colleges who forget thier userid,password can obtain from any District Welfare Officer(BC,SC,ST).
Question4: My SSC details not found in ePASS?
